Cottage Rentals

Cottage 1 1 Bedroom w/ dbl bed, living room w/ futon, kitchenette, fireplace, bath w/ shower, small porch with chair (sleeps 4). $83.00 per day
Cottage 2 - (View Cottage Interior) 2 Bedrooms, 2 dbl beds, living room w/ small couch, fireplace, kitchen, bath w/shower, porch with chairs (sleeps 4 or 5). $89.00 per day
Cottage 3 - (View Cottage Interior) 1 Bedroom, 1 dbl bed, fireplace,  kitchenette, bath w/shower, porch with chairs (sleeps 2). $78.00 per day
Cottage 4 2 Bedrooms, 2 dbl beds, living room w/ futon, fireplace, kitchen, bath w/ shower, large porch with table and chairs (sleeps 6). $98.00 per day
Cottage 5 - (View Cottage Interior) 2 Bedrooms, 2 dbl beds, living room w/ futon, kitchen, bath w/ shower, sliding glass door that goes onto patio with chairs (sleeps 6). $89.00 per day

All rates are based on 4 people ( 2 Adults, 2 under 18) / 2 people for Cottage 3.  Extra adult is $10.00, extra child is $5.00 per night.  $10.00 charge per night for pet or $30.00 per week.   One night deposit required at time of reservation / credit card required to hold reservation.  Full refund of deposit ( minus $20.00 cancellation fee ), if reservation is cancelled AT LEAST 14 days prior to reservation date.  Exceptions to this rule are holiday weekends and weekly rentals.  Weekly rates available.  We have a pet policy, so ask at time of reservation.  Cottage 5 and Park Model Trailer are Pet free.  Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in cottages unless in a kennel.  Certain Breeds are not Allowed..  Three day minimum stay required on holiday weekends.  Holiday Weekends require full payment at least one month prior and is non-refundable.

Any discounted rates require cash or approved check payment, no credit cards accepted.   Credit cards accepted for non-discounted rates or telephone deposits only.  ATM available on premises for your convenience.

For Weekly Reservations at least 1/2 of fee is due at least one month prior to reservation / Non-refundable.

All Cottages are air conditioned, have a TV and VCR Cable TV, Wi-Fi Access, microwave, coffee-maker, and small frig.  Linens and towels are provided.  You need to provide your own towels for pool use.  Additional fee for extra clean towels.  NO daily housekeeping provided.  Cottages with kitchens have toaster, silverware, dishes, and some pots and pans.  

ONLY DURAFLAME LOGS are allowed in fireplaces.  All Cottages have a picnic table and fire ring outside of them.  Campground Store has both duraflame logs and firewood.

Check-In Time is 3:00 PM and Check-Out is 11:00 AM for Cottages, Cabins, and Park Model Trailer.

 

 

Riverside Rustic Cabins

Cabins 1 Room with double bed and set of bunk beds; light; porch with chairs overlooking Wild Ammonoosuc River. Sleeps 4 /
Need to bring everything except the tent.		 $55.00 per night plus tax

Park Model Trailer

Set up on campsite next to woods and other recreational vehicles.  Has 1 bedroom, living/dining area, full kitchen, air conditioning, TV and VCR Cable TV, Wi-Fi Access, deck with roof, picnic table and fire ring.  Sleeps 6 ( price is for 2 adults / 2 children under 18 ).  $89.00 per night (plus tax)  Weekly Rates.

Same rules apply for cabins and trailer as do for cottages.

  • Check-in 1 pm / check-out 12 noon / all campground sites.

  • All Rates are based on 4 people ( 2 Adults, 2 under 18 ) per night.  One night deposit required at time of reservation for three or more days / credit card required to hold reservation.  Three day minimum stay required on holiday weekends.  Full Refund of Deposit ( minus $5.00 cancellation fee) if reservation cancelled AT LEAST 7 days prior to reservation date.  2 week notice required for Holiday Weekends, minus $10.00 cancellation.
     

  • Extra Adult $10.00 / Extra child $5.00 per night.
     

  • Visitor Fee is $4.00 per day.  All visitors must register at office upon arrival.
     

  • Use of Air Conditioning is $2.00 extra per day / Use of Electric Heater is $2.00 extra per day.
     

  • Pets are allowed but must be on a leash at all times.  You are responsible for any damage that they may do and you must clean up after them or you will be charged extra.  They cannot be left unattended.  We all love our pets and want them on vacation with us so let's not ruin the opportunity you are being given to bring them with you.  Maximum of 2 dogs per site / certain breeds are banned from campground.  Ask when making reservations.
     

  • Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and is strictly enforced.
     

  • Pool Area- Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
     

  • Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal Rates Available.
     

  • AAA, Family Motor Coach, and Club Discounts Accepted.
     

  • Repeat Customer Discount.
     

  • NO DISCOUNTS on any Holiday Weekends.
     

  • Discounted Rates on sites, before Memorial Day Weekend and after Labor Day Weekend. / Non-Holiday Only.

  • Discounted rates are payable by cash or check only (with CC backup). No credit card payments.
